The treatment will always be explained to you and you are encouraged to let the therapist know if you are uncomfortable with any aspect of the treatment so that modifications can be made for your comfort level.

How often should I have massage?

There are many reasons for seeking massage therapy. Relaxation, rehabilitation from an injury, preventative health, or to manage chronic pain such as headaches and sciatica. The treatment plan length and frequency will be unique to the issue being treated and will be discussed with the therapist.
